1. Tifo salgını ve endemik tifüs ve kayalık dağ sıcakları, tropik tifüs ve Q ateşi gibi Rickettsial hastalıklar.
2. Mikoplazma enfeksiyonu.
3. Psittakoz, zührevi hastalık, lenfatik et dişinin şişmesi, spesifik olmayan üretrit, salpenjit, servisit ve trahom dahil olmak üzere klamidyal enfeksiyon.
4. Tekrarlayan ateş.
