1. Allergic to penicillin and cephalosporin drugs or disabled patients with positive penicillin skin test.
2. Uric acid kidney stones, acute gout attack, active peptic ulcer patients disabled.
3. It is disabled to under 2years old children.

1. The blood biochemical patients and abnormal hemogram urinalysis performed with caution.
2. The liver and renal insufficiency patients not take this product.
3. The application of this product need to ask for details of drug allergy history and Westwood skin test.
4. Infectious mononucleosis, cytomegalovirus infection, lymphocytic leukemia and lymphoma patients prone to rash when using this product, should avoid to use.
5. In case of anaphylactic shock, which must be on-site rescue, to keep the airway clear, oxygen and for treatment with epinephrine and glucocorticoids.
