1. Pregnant women, quinine is oxytocin, can through the placenta lead to fetal hearing impairment and congenital defect of central nervous system and limbs.
2. Lactating women with caution.
3. For asthma patients, af and other serious heart disease, myasthenia gravis, optic neuritis patients should be careful.
4. Cardiomyopathy and pregnant women.
