Chloramphenicol Sodium Succinate for Injection should not combined with aminophylline, calcium chloride, compound vitamin B, Vitamin C, carboxy ampicillin, gentamicin, chlorine, horse, heparin, methyl prednisolone, procaine etc, avoid lead to precipitate or reduce effect. Nor with tetracycline hydrochloride, vancomycin hydrochloride and sodium novobiocin compatibility, in order to avoid turbid.

1. The selection drug for typhoid fever and other salmonella infection of sensitive strains lead to typhoid and paratyphoid.
2. The brain abscesses, especially the otogenic , often for the aerobic and anaerobic bacteria mixed infection.
3. Mild anaerobic bacteria infection.
4. Rickettsial infection and can be used for the treatment of Q fever, Rocky mountain spotted fever, endemic typhus.
