Used for metabolic acidosis or dehydration of the tendency of metabolic acidosis. محلول رينجر لاكتات 500 مل is forbidden used for heart failure and acute pulmonary edema, brain edema, significant of lactic acidosis, severe hepatic insufficiency and severe renal failure with oliguria or anuria.
