1. Albendazole is a bigger toxicity of anthelmintic, application of therapeutic dose don’t lead to toxic reaction, but continuous drug overdosage, sometimes may lead to severe reactions.
2. Continuous use for a long time can make the worms become resistant, and may lead to cross resistance.
3. Because the animal tests showed that albendazole is of embryo toxicity and teratogenic effects, therefore, cattle and sheep in pregnancy within 45 days, pigs in pregnancy within 30 days are disabled to use this product, other animals in the period of pregnancy also shoulds not be used with this product.
