Bromhexine mund efekt direkt në gjëndrat bronkiale, të përshpejtojëlirimin lizosomi eqelizës mukozës sekretore. Njekomponim lso pengojnë i acidoglycoprotein nëgjëndrës mukozës dheqelize kupë,lead to secretion of viscosity lower small molecule glycoproteins, thus reduce the viscosity of sputum, easy to expectorate.In addition, also can stimulate the gastric mucosa lead to increase of respiratory gland secretion, dilution sputum.

I përshtatshëm për bakteret e ndjeshme (nuk prodhojnë presione beta Lactamase) të çojë në infeksione të mëposhtme.

1. Streptococcus hemolitike, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus, ose Haemophilus influenzae plumbi medias otitis, sinusit, faringjit, grykët, infeksion sipërme traktit respirator.

2. E. coli, Proteus singular ose Enterococcus pleh shkaktuar nga infeksioni i traktit urinar.
