කැල්සියම් Gluconate එන්නත් 10% Pharmacologyandටී oxicology.Calcium can maintain the normal neuromuscular excitability, promote nerve endings to secrete acetylcholine. Reduce serum calcium can appear higher neuromuscular excitability, twitches, and high blood calcium is reduce excitability, appear weak and so on. Calcium can promote the formation of calcification of bones and teeth, high concentration of calcium and magnesium ions have competitive antagonism effect, can be used for rescue of magnesium poisoning. Also used for rescue of fluorosis.
