Paracetomal is used to relieve mild to moderate pain, such as fever, headache, arthralgia, neuralgia, and migraine, dysmenorrhea etc that caused by cold. Paracetomal is used for the patients allergic to aspirin, intolerance, or is not suitable for application cases of aspirin, such as chickenpox, hemophilia and other hemorrhagic diseases (including cases of application of anticoagulant therapy), and peptic ulcer, gastritis.

Paracetamol

1. ته سردي جي هوا اهڙي بخار، مٿي ۾ سور، arthralgia، neuralgia، ۽ migraine، dysmenorrhea وغيره جي حيثيت ۾، درد اعتدال کي نوڙت حاجت تي لاڳو.
2. aspirin، تي عمل ڪرڻ لاء جان ليوا لاء استعمال ڪري سگهجي ٿو، يا اهڙي chickenpox، hemophilia ۽ (anticoagulant بيمارين جي درخواست جي ڪيس سميت) ٻين hemorrhagic بيماريون، ۽ peptic ulcer، بادي، وغيره جي حيثيت aspirin جي درخواست ڪيس، لاء مناسب نه آهي

Paracetamol

1. جي جگر جي پاسي رد عمل. ڊگهي وقت استعمال يا overdose جگر سيل necrosis سبب ڪري سگهو ٿا.
2. بأقل جي پاسي رد عمل. ڌڙڪن toxic ٺاهيل paracetamol metabolites به بڪيون نقصان ڪري سگهن ٿا ۽ رينل سيل necrosis سبب، خاص طور تي sodium salicylate يا ڪافين حصيداري، وڌيڪ جي بڪيون نقصان جو امڪان آهي.
3. The side reaction of blood system. long-term overdose paracetamol, toxic metabolites can be generated by direct effects on bone marrow hematopoietic system, constitute the damage, can also induce thrombocytopenic purpura or leukemia.
4. The side reaction of the nervous system. if children with overdose of paracetomal, also can cause the symptoms of the central nervous system, mainly in the brain damage, neurologic impairment, coma, and so on.
